Modifications:
- You could times this recipe as many times as you like to make a bulk sausage seasoning recipe and have it ready to go in your spice cabinet. For me it’s just as easy to add the spices as I go, but it’s totally up to you!
- For a sweet sausage, add 1 T. brown sugar. I love this for morning breakfast patties. Just season raw ground meat, shape into patties, and fry in a non-stick pan or pancake skillet.
