Brown one pound of ground meat. When ground meat is nearly cooked through, add each seasoning to the meat and mix well. Finish cooking the meat till thoroughly cooked. Add to your favorite recipes such as spaghetti, lasagna, and more!
You could times this recipe as many times as you like to make a bulk sausage seasoning recipe and have it ready to go in your spice cabinet. For me it’s just as easy to add the spices as I go, but it’s totally up to you!
For a sweet sausage, add 1 T. brown sugar. I love this for morning breakfast patties. Just season raw ground meat, shape into patties, and fry in a non-stick pan or pancake skillet.
